Mental Health Recovery Board Serving Warren and Clinton Counties (MHRBWCC) is the board of mental health and addiction services. We are responsible for planning, funding and monitoring public mental health and addiction services for residents of Warren and Clinton Counties.

By law, we do not provide services directly to consumers and clients. We contract with Provider Agencies to deliver services and help residents recover from mental illness and/or addiction. For questions about specific services, contact the agencies directly.
