Merry Christmas

For anyone living with a mental health or addiction disorder, holidays - even Christmas - can be hard. A particular memory or incident may come to mind that brings back difficult experiences, perhaps. There are a number of reasons the holidays can be tough.
That's why, no matter where we are in our day, we should remember those we care for who may be alone or managing their own mental health or addiction concerns. Though we can't all be together this holiday season, we can still reach out to one another by phone, by Zoom, or even sharing a treat or two that's left at the door.
This Christmas, and as we welcome a New Year, take some time to reach out to your friends, neighbors, family, co-workers, and whoever else you think may need to hear some warm wishes. We wish you all the best as you celebrate the blessings of Christmas, and here's to a bright and bountiful 2021 for all of us!
